Sore muscles are so common that almost everyone experiences it at least once in their life time.
In fact my most recent muscle pain experience was last week. I woke up one morning and started feeling pain in my left thigh… didn’t give it much thought at first.
I thought the pain was as a result me sleeping in the wrong position. And assumed it will just go away!
Unfortunately, I was wrong about that! The pain increased the next day and kept increasing as days passed by.
The muscles in my thigh felt so sore that I couldn’t find a comfortable position to sit or lay down on.
Truth is I hate taking pills… especially pain killers and it was my apathy for pills that really got me interested in natural remedies.
This was even before I started learning about the adverse side effects of pharmaceutical and OTC pain medicines! So I’m happy that there are essential oils for muscle pain and I definitely took advantage of these EOs to treat my aching muscles!

Pour the coconut oil into a glass bottle and add the essential oils. Shake and use to massage the affected area. You can use any other carrier oil such as sweet almond or grapeseed oil. I like using coconut oil because of its healing properties!
