However, feeling tired all the time is NOT good for your general well being. It will also affect your productivity negatively. That is why knowing how to stop being tired constantly is very important.

Before we go into how you can stop feeling tired all the time, let’s first take a look why you may be feeling tired.

As mentioned earlier, you can feel tired due to underlying health problems. If you are always feeling tired accompanied by other symptoms, don’t hesitate to see your doctor. It might be a severe health issue that should be treated as early as possible.

#2. Get Enough Vitamin B6

One of the first signs of vitamin B6 is fatigue. So, ensure you are getting enough of this vitamin. Natural sources of vitamin B6 include dairy, fish, shellfish and meat.

It is important to note that certain health conditions such as IBS and Crohn’s can inhibit your body’s ability to absorb vitamin B6, which can lead to deficiency. Certain medications such as diabetes and heartburn medications can also limit Vit. B6 absorption.
