Improve Blood Flow with these Essential Oils for Circulation!

Utilizing essential oils for circulation can help increase blood flow in your body. Truth be told, poor circulation can lead to decline in your general health!

Best Essential Oils for CirculationNot only does malfunction in your circulatory system cause discomfort, it also can lead serious health problems.

When there is proper blood circulation, every part of your body receives the oxygen and vital nutrients it needs to function optimally.

On the other hand poor circulation prevents the free distribution of these vital nutrients and oxygen.

Any part of your body that is deprived of oxygen and nutrients is bound to be impaired or at the very least will be unable to perform its functions.

Just imagine what will happen if your brain is not able to get enough oxygen for a prolonged period of time! Yeah, it sounds scary, doesn’t it!

Possible Causes of Poor Circulation

Some of the possible causes of poor blood circulation include:

  • Diseases such as obesity and diabetes
  • Block blood vessels
  • Sedentary lifestyle/lack of exercise
  • Cold weather

It is usually massage along with essential oils that help most with swelling. However, I always advice talking with one’s physician before adding any natural or home remedy to one’s treatment for any medical condition. Thanks for visiting my site! D’Ann

  4. Is there a proper way to apply this recipe for poor circulation? Thank you

    • D'Ann Reese says:

It depends on where you plan to apply it. When I apply to my feet and lower extremities, I start with feet and move up leg. Gentle, yet firm pressure works for me. If you have history of blood clots, or are being treated for a circulation problem in your extremities I recommend talking with your physician before using.
