I got this headache recipe off YouTube and it was meant as a rub with a carrier oil. They commented it was very successful treating their mother’s migraine. I use it in the diffuser when I wake up in the morning with a headache (which is often) before it blows up into a migraine, or as soon as I start getting a headache during the day.
    Chamomile 2-3 drops
Rosemary 3-4 drops It seems to be effective more than 50% of the time for me.
    Lavender 4 drops. I use 2/4/4/2/1 drops.
    Eucalyptus. 2-3 drops
    Peppermint 1-2 drops
